So What happens next...
Let's work towards what you need. Whether there is a big question mark over why a past event is causing difficulty today, you want to build confidence or have unhelpful thinking that needs to be challenged, we will work together. Using the different approaches I am trained in let's uncover what strategies, tools, or understanding you need to move forward more positively.
Supporting you
I offer in person sessions for adults in Maidstone, am passionate about what I do and would love to see how i may be able to support you during our time together.
When working with clients I try to put myself in your shoes, considering how you may be feeling about starting therapy. I am a stranger for now at least, who you are looking to put your trust into to listen to what has bought you to therapy. You may be nervous or unsure about opening up about what is going on for you, you may have shared this with people before or may have not and have mixed feelings about speaking with me about it. My main aim is to offer a space where you feel able to share your thoughts and feelings with me. I believe that space is somewhere you feel safe to talk openly at a pace you feel comfortable, where there is no judgement and you are being truly heard.
